Employee Empowerment Programe(EEP)

Exclusively meant for pass-outs.

Objective :

To improve skill sets and provide job opportunity to freshers.

Duration

3 months

  1. Guaranteed Job.
  2. 3 Months internship with Dunitech Soft Solutions.
  3. Employment Benchmark Test necessary before enrolment.
  4. Professional Training Certificate provided to the candidates.

After the completion of training of 3 months, the candidates would be appointed asAssociate Developer from the 4th month, and candidates will get a salary of INR 6000-10,000 depending upon the performance in the internship. Salary is subject to increment from 10-30% after 6 months, which excludes training period.

  • Terms and Conditions
  1. Candidates will have to sign up minimum 1 year contact (including training period) with us.
  2. Once appointed as Associate developer, the candidate comes under the Employment Terms and Conditions of Dunitech Soft Solutions, and must abide by them.
  3. Fees once paid is neither refundable nor transferable.
